On the weekend of March 3rd to 5th, 2017 we welcome Roland Birr back in Cund for a weekend dedicated to the good things in life – amazing food, great wines and inspiring culinary workshops!
On Friday evening we will gather for a sparkling reception to meet your fellow gourmet friendsbefore we start the feasting weekend with a HotPot Gourmet Dinner featuring fabulous international wines and a round of cigars afterwards.

On Saturday morning we will host a Bordeaux Workshop discovering the Grand Cru classification from 1855 and the unique Bordeaux-stock market on wines an of course sample some sensational wines. We will follow this workshop with a Bordeaux Style Lunch (featuring oysters, mussels, foie gras, duck confit and entrecote a la Bordelaise) in order to be ripe for a siesta.

Late in the afternoon we will have a Spirit Workshop on brown brown spirits and learn about its historical background, some technical production insights and, of course, sample some delicious drinks 😉
On Saturday evening we will continue the tradition of sensational dining experiences with a “Wine and Spice Dinner”, where we will sample a seven course dinner with many local and special sourced international spices paired with great wines hand-selected by Roland.
On Sunday Morning we will end the weekend in style with some Champagne and eggs benedict and truffled omelettes….

The price for this whole package as described above is Euro 330,- per adult.

Important: for this offer special booking and cancellation conditions apply. We require a downpayment of 50% of the total sum upon booking, which is non-refundable for cancellations. Further costs for cancellations do apply less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, please consult our cancellation policy. Should we be able to obtain another booking for this period , we will happily refund the total downpayment with no fees applied!
