This autumn we will be able to offer our guest for the very first time our very own wines – the “Valea Verde Cuvée Rosu” and “Valea Verde Cuvée Alb”!

In the breathtakingly beautiful Dealu Mare valley we are assembling this “Valea Verde Cuvée Rosu” made out of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and the Romanian grape Feteasca Neagra – for example with some of our wild boar ragout and our home-made sage-papadelle….

Alternatively we could offer you the “Valea Verde Cuvée Alb” – made of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Muscat Ottonel – which we would pair with a line-caught pike perch under a potato crust on a bed of riesling-fried cabbage…..
